Red Bali Kratom Review: The Best Bali Kratom Strain in 2021?

In today’s modern age, depression and anxiety are on the rise. With millions of people getting prescriptions to Prozac and other SSRI’s for mood related disorders, it’s no wonder kratom use has been on the rise, as well.

More people are turning to natural alternatives to treat their mood disorders, and while kratom has not been FDA approved to treat anxiety or depression, some users say it can provide them relief on a daily basis.

In today’s article we’d like to review Red Bali kratom, a popular strain that’s been growing even more in its popularity over the past several years. We’ll cover the effects of Red Bali kratom, a good dosage, side effects, and much more.

So, without further adieux, let’s get to it.

What is Red Bali Kratom?

Red Bali kratom is a strain that is native to Southeast Asia, particularly from, you guessed it, Bali. Part of the Red Vein kratom family, Red Bali is one of the best kratom strains for relieving physical pain and boosting mood, according to anecdotal evidence and user reports.

See, there’s three different “colors” of kratom—white, green, and red. The first color, white, tends to produce energy and more stimulant effects in users. The red type tends to be more relaxing and euphoric, whereas the green strains of kratom are generally somewhere in the middle.

Red Bali Pros:

  • Very Euphoric & Uplifting
  • Can Enhance Mood
  • Creates Sense of Well Being
  • Alleviates Daily Stress Levels
  • Makes Falling Asleep Easier
  • Great for Pain Relief
  • …and more

Red Bali Cons:

  • Not As Sedating As Other Strains
  • Overdose Can Be Harmful & Cause Nausea
  • Can Cause Loss of Appetite & Dry Mouth

In my opinion, the positives of Red Bali far outweigh the negatives of this strain. Red Bali is a great strain for anyone who wants to reduce anxiety, relieve pain, and just relax at the end of a long day.

While kratom hasn’t been FDA approved for the treatment of anxiety or other mood-related disorders, I myself, and many other users, find that using just 2-4 grams of Red Bali kratom daily helps with these things a whole lot.

Red Bali Kratom Benefits

One of the reasons this Red Bali kratom review is so positive, is because the strain is not only very mild and very gentle in terms of its side effect profile, but that it also packs a good punch in terms of the value you get for it.

In other words, it’s very strong and powerful, but when taken by itself (without mixing meds) within the right dosage range (which we will discuss later), Red Bali Kratom has a very low risk of users experiencing serious side effects.

Here are some benefits of Red Bali Kratom:

  • Extremely Relaxing – Shortly after using this kratom, many users experience a feeling of total relaxation and relief, in both the mind and the body; relieving physical pains and mental anguishes at once.
  • Improved Mood – Perhaps one of the main reasons why people will use kratom is that it can help alleviate stress, anxiety levels, and even help some users have a feeling of well being and euphoria.
  • Reduces Stress – In today’s world, stress is becoming more and more common. High work loads, social media, not to mention a global pandemic, are all causing people a lot of stress. Kratom may help with this.

Red Vein Kratom strains are generally very well known to have more sedating effects among users, which makes them particularly good at helping to provide relief for physical pain, injuries, and mental or emotional stress and anxiety.

Red Bali Strain Review

Overall, Red Bali Kratom is one of my favorite red kratom strains, due to its ability to induce a strong sense of relaxation, mental wellness, and pain relief. It’s phenomenal for those suffering from chronic pain.

Within just 20-30 minutes you’ll start to feel the effects of Red Bali kick in. At first, it will start as a warm, tingly feeling, and then after about an hour, the Red Bali will hit you full force. The effects will depend on the dose, of course.

While Red Bali isn’t as sedating as other strains, such as Red Maeng Da, for example, it’s still very euphoric and gives you a nice mind and body buzz—like a sense of total wellbeing and wellness that just can’t be described.

Red Bali is one of my favorite types of Red Kratom, because it’s packed with powerful alkaloids that have strong pain relief and anxiety reducing effects. As far as Bali Kratom goes, the red strain is one of my favorites out there.

Bali Kratom Strains Comparison

Red Bali Kratom isn’t the only type of Bali Kratom, as I’m sure you’re aware. There’s Red Bali, Green Bali Kratom, White Bali Kratom, and even Gold Bali Kratom. With so many strains, however, what’s the difference between all of them?

Overall Bali Kratom is going to have relatively similar effects. For starters, it all originates from the same geographical region (Bali, in Southeast Asia), and tends to be rich in alkaloids with powerful wellness-enhancing effects.

There are 4 different types of Bali Kratom:

  • Red Bali Kratom
  • Green Bali Kratom
  • White Bali Kratom
  • Gold Bali Kratom

Each of them will still feel the same as kratom does, but depending on the specific color and strain, you’re going to experience slightly different effects. Let’s explain this more in-depth so you know what to expect.

Red Bali vs. Green Bali Kratom

Red Bali Kratom is going to be far more sedating than Green Bali Kratom, due to the fact that it’s a red strain which is typically much slower than green strains. Red strains are great for relaxing and anxiety relief.

Don’t get me wrong—strains like Green Bali Kratom will still help a ton with anxiety and relaxation, but they’re going to give you a little bit more energy than a strain like Red Bali would.

This makes Green Bali Kratom best for relaxation, if you DON’T want to be too relaxed or too sedated. Green Bali Kratom is best for things like doing chores, getting some light work done, and some tasks around the house.

Red Bali vs. White Bali Kratom

Red Bali Kratom is much different than White Bali Kratom, due to the fact that they’re polar opposite strains. While Red Bali tends to be very sedating, relaxing, and euphoric, White Bali Kratom tends to be more on the energizing side.

White Bali Kratom is extremely stimulating and energizing, making it very ideal for working out or doing some sort of physical activity, or maybe even difficult mental tasks (like working on a new project). White Bali Kratom will still give you a lot of euphoria and relaxation effects, but not nearly as much as Red Bali Kratom.

Personally, I like to take Red Bali when I’m relaxing at the end of the day and maybe watching some TV or something, and I like to take White Bali Kratom when I’m getting work done (like writing this article at this very moment).

Red vs. Gold Bali Kratom

Gold Bali Kratom is another phenomenal strain of the Bali Kratom family, and while it isn’t as “slow” and sedating as Red Bali, it’s still much slower than the other strains (Green Bali Kratom and White Bali Kratom).

This makes Gold Bali Kratom ideal for relaxing, but maybe not for sleep. You could easily take some Gold Bali Kratom and slip into a nice euphoric state of mental wellness and relaxation at the end of the day with just a few grams.

Overall, Gold Bali Kratom is the closest to Red Bali in terms of effects. They’re both highly relaxing, relieving, and are great for anxiety and pain relief. The only difference is that Gold Bali Kratom is slightly more energizing.

Red Bali Kratom Dosage

As with all kratom, it’s best if you start off with a very small dosage to assess your tolerance. Some users may experience the effects more strongly than others, and you can always take more later—so it’s best to start off with a low dosage rather than be sorry.

While kratom is not FDA approved for the treatment of any disorder or disease, and has not given any sort of “recommended” dosage, most users in the community agree that the kratom dosages are as follows:

  • Beginner Dosage: 2-4 Grams
  • Intermediate Dosage: 4-6 Grams
  • Advanced Dosage: 6-10 Grams (Not Recommended)

The vast majority of users will experience relief and euphoria on just a smaller beginner’s dose of Red Bali Kratom, especially if you get it from a good source (like the one we recommend here). If you’re taking low quality kratom you will need a higher dose to feel it, so we always recommend you get the good stuff.

Best Pain Relief Dosage

One of the biggest reasons that people take Red Bali is to relieve pain. After all, when it comes to pain relief, Red Bali amongst other Red Kratom strains are the best you can get—they also have other powerful effects though, too.

For anyone suffering from chronic pain, Red Bali can be a godsend. While it may not be as strong as other strains such as Red Maeng Da for euphoria, Red Bali is a great solution to any sort of chronic pain.

The best dosage of Red Bali for pain relief will depend on your individual tolerance, if you’re taking an extract, capsules, or powder, but overall, we recommend starting off with 3 grams of Red Bali to start.

Learn how to take kratom, choose a method, start with 3 grams of Red Bali. Then wait about 30-45 minutes. If the pain persists, consider taking another 2-3 grams of Red Bali, but be careful. Don’t go overboard here. Less is more.

Red Bali Side Effects

Kratom is not entirely risk free. While most users will not experience any major side effects when taking kratom within the beginner dosage levels, some may experience side effects, particularly if they take higher doses of it.

The majority of users will only experience mild side effects, such as:

  • Dry Mouth
  • Nausea
  • Stomach Pain
  • Appetite Suppression

Users who take a very high dose may experience vomiting, however, which is the body’s attempt to eject the excessive kratom dose. So, as long as you stick to a beginner dosage, and don’t mix kratom with anything else (particularly alcohol or narcotics), most users won’t experience any major side effects.

Summary

Overall, Red Bali Kratom is a great strain that provides incredible relief to users. Many people report that it helps them get through particularly stressful days, when anxiety is high, and emotions are low. This has been my experience, too.
