But, just what do we know about White Thai Kratom? Is it safe to consume? How does it stack up against other kratom strains? Should you take capsules or powder? What are the effects, and what’s a safe dosage?

What is White Thai Kratom?
White Thai Kratom is a specific strain of Kratom that is known for its profound effects on energy, focus, and mental stimulation. As you may have guessed, White Thai comes from Thailand, where it’s grown on kratom trees.
After being harvested from the trees, White Thai is ground up into a powder, and either put into a capsule for easy consumption, or kept as powder. Either way, White Thai Kratom is a very powerful strain of Thai Kratom.

Unlike Red Vein or Green Vein strains, White Thai Kratom won’t leave you sleepy or overly-relaxed. Instead, it’s actually quite the opposite. White Thai Kratom is known for its ability to give users an insane amount of energy, and when combined with something like caffeine, you can really feel White Thai Kratom’s energy-boosting effects.
White Thai vs. Maeng Da Strains
One of the most popular strains of kratom, known as Maeng Da Kratom, is often compared to White Thai Kratom but the fact of the matter is that these two types of strains could not be more different.
Remember that all kratom will give you some euphoria, anxiety-relief, pain-relief, and depression-relieving properties, but each strain and vein is going to be slightly different than the rest.
White Vein Kratom, as a whole, is generally going to be more energizing than Red Vein Kratom strains, for example this is why most users take White Kratom to be productive and boost energy, and Red strains to relax at night.
Thai Kratom is far more energizing and stimulating than Maeng Da Kratom, and depending on the color of kratom you’re going to be taking (white, red, green, or gold), the effects will be much different.
While Thai Kratom is generally very stimulating and energizing, Maeng Da Kratom tends to be much more euphoric and relaxing. It’s not that one strain is better or worse, it’s that each strain of kratom has its own time and place.
White Thai Kratom Benefits
White Thai is probably my favorite kratom product on the market for when I need a real boost of energy. Within just 20-30 minutes of taking some White Thai, you’ll feel the powerful stimulating and energy-boosting effects.
I take White Thai before I go to the gym. I take White Thai before I go out to the club. Heck, I even take White Thai sometimes when I want to have an enhanced sexual experience (similar to how I use the Bathmate).

White Thai Kratom Dosage
Whether you’re taking white, red, green, or yellow kratom, getting the dosage right is always important. Too much White Thai will leave you anxious and jittery, and not enough will leave you with only a small energy boost.
Personally, I recommend you get some of the high-quality White Thai and start off with a dosage of just 2-3 grams to assess your tolerance. From here you can always take more if you want.
- Beginner Dosage: 2-3 Grams
- Intermediate Dosage: 4-5 Grams
- Advanced Dosage: 6-7 Grams (Or More)
Remember that you can always take more White Thai Kratom if you want, so start with a small dose of 2-3 grams and move up from there. NEVER mix White Thai Kratom (or any type of kratom) with drugs or alcohol, as this will seriously increase the chance you might experience side effects.

White Thai Kratom Side Effects
When it comes to kratom, most people experience very few side effects, especially when taking a strain like White Thai that is known to be very light in terms of the opioid-like effects. Still, any form of kratom, whether White Thai or Maeng Da can give you side effects if you take too much.
The most important thing is to start off with a small dose of White Thai Kratom. If you take too much, you’re definitely going to have a bad time. That being said, if you take just 2-3 grams of White Thai, you should absolutely be good.
Here are some potential side effects:
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Vomiting
- Dry Mouth
- Loss of Appetite
I’ve taken White Thai Kratom hundreds of times, and have never had any serious side effects. The only time I ever get side effects is when I take too much kratom as a whole, or when I mix it with drugs or alcohol.
Again, be safe and smart. Take just 2-3 grams of high quality White Thai and wait for 20-30 minutes. If you feel good and want to feel stronger effects, consider taking another 2-3 grams of White Thai Kratom and just wait it out.

In short, White Thai Kratom is a powerful strain of kratom that has very strong and potent energy-boosting, focus-boosting, and mood-improving effects.
When taken in doses of more than 5 grams, you may improve and fix your sleep cycles. Leading to you feeling happier and healthy and improving your overall health. Testing the effectiveness of this natural herb is much safer than using a drug made in a lab.
Using kratom properly and with medical supervision can prevent many side effects. The minor side effects include; drowsiness, vomiting, and confusion. Some serious effects include seizures, hallucinations, respiratory problems, and anxiety but are very rare for the average user.
Just as with all other things in this world, you need to find the perfect dosage where you can minimize the side effects while maximizing the benefits.
